Pilates classes stretch and strengthen your whole body to improve balance, flexibility and posture. We run Pilates classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evening and a Thursday morning.
This is the best class for staying injury free and will help your performance both in the gym and pool.
No need to bring your own mat, we have plenty for you to use here.
