Trinity Sports & Leisure
Trinity Sports and Leisure is a family friendly centre offering the local community of Bridgwater an all inclusive wellness and sports facility to enjoy. The facility offers something for everyone, including a 45 station fitness studio with the latest Technogym equipment and a well equipped free weights area ideal for functional training.
For those who enjoy working out with others or like to be encouraged by an instructor our air-conditioned dance studio offers a huge range of classes from Group Cycle, Zumba, Legs Bums and Tums, and Pilates.
The 6 lane swimming pool and heated learner pool, provides the perfect setting for all the family to come and enjoy a water based activity from casual swimming, swimming lessons, birthday parties and aqua classes.
For the younger members of the family, our memberships starts from 12years of age, so teenagers can de-stress or burn off some energy after school in the gym. We run junior sports courses including gymnastics and trampolining, plus birthday party packages to come and celebrate their big day.
The four court sports hall and outdoor artificial grass pitches can be booked on a pay and play basis ideal for friends, work colleagues or local clubs to come and enjoy a game of Badminton, football, netball, hockey or basketball.
If you enjoy being social or fancy treating yourself after your workout, our Fuel Station café serves a fine selection of teas and coffee, hot and cold food, or simply some delicious cake!
