Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to both Customers and Users except as otherwise stated for interpretation, the following words have the following meanings:
“Customers” - any recipient of our services, whether it be directly provided by us or indirectly through a third party associate.
“Services” - any assistance we provide to you, including but not limited to; membership support; advice; access to and use of facilities and activities information etc.
“Web Visitors” - anyone visiting our site.

Information you give us
You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide if you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site, enter a competition, promotion or survey, and when you contact us. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, employer, financial information, physical ability, medical history and current health conditions, and personal description.

We collect the following information for Web Visitors and Customers:

For Customers only, we may also collect some or all of the following:

- your physical ability, medical history and current health conditions.
Information we receive from other sources
For Web Visitors and Customers - We also work with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them. The information we receive from these third parties will be information that they have collected from you.
For Customers only - We may receive information about you from third parties such as your employer or medical professional. Certain equipment we offer for use can collect your personal data. When that data is collected from you, you should be informed by those third parties at that stage that it may be shared internally by us and combined with data collected from multiple sources.
Uses made of the information
We use information held about you in the following ways:
Information you give to us.
We will use this information to:

- For Customers only - our suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them to allow us to provide services to you, and only where they are under a duty to deal with your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679); and
- For Web Visitors only - analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
Covid 19 - Test and Trace
1610 will store, and provide on request, attendance and associated contact information to the Government’s Test and Trace authorities to assist them in identifying those who may have come into contact with Covid-19 infected individuals. Any personal data used solely for Test and Trace will only be retained for 21 days.
We use third party processors and as such may share your information with them. The processing of this information will be in line with the third parties privacy policy. The third party processors we use are as follows:

Please rest assured this type of sharing of data will only be in anonymised format and you will not be identifiable from the collated data we disclose.
Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you will be stored within the UK. By providing us with your personal data, you agree to this storing and/or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or on secure servers operated by a third party. Third Parties we work with may transfer your data outside of the EEA, and if they do we will ask them to ensure it is treated in accordance with the UK law. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of data and information via the internet is not completely secure. Data retention
We will not store your data for any longer than is necessary.
For Customers only - If you are a user of our services, then your information will be held for as long as you continue to use our services.
If you cease to use our services, your personal data maybe anonymised for statistical purposes and then archived. We will store your data for up to 7years of the date you stop using our services.
